The Chisum Independent School District will accept proposals to provide Band Equipment and associated items until 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 24, 2025.  Details regarding specifications as well as all other questions should be directed to:

Please provide a detailed proposal including pricing and delivery times to be returned to John Marsh as well as a completed vendor packet to Tracie Harris.

The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to accept any proposal deemed advantageous to the District, and to waive any formalities in bidding.  Catalog or price list of all items with percent of discount must accompany the proposal form. Selection of vendors will be based on price, selection, availability, and service. More than one proposal may be accepted by the District.
