Titan Family Portal Replaces MySchoolBucks at Chisum

In support of our goal for continuous improvement, the Chisum Food Program is moving from MySchoolBucks to Titan Family Portal.  The portal is available at  There is no charge to set up an account.  A free app is available for your mobile device, too.
This change is part of a complete system change from Mosaic to Titan.  Besides many internal reasons for this change, our families will be better served by:

  • Online menus that are updated real-time
  • Nutritional information on each item including allergens and carbohydrates
  • Lower fees for adding meal payments online.  Add payments for more than one student at a time
     and only pay one fee per instance.
  • Transfer money between students.  Request a refund.
  • See what items your student is purchasing. Put limits on the amount of snack items he/she can purchase.
  • Set up alerts for low balances.  Set up automatic deposits to the school account when funds are low.
  • Place notes on your student's account that the cafeteria sees at the Point of Sale (POS).

What happened to my MySchoolBucks (MSB) funds?  
Funds submitted through MSB that were not used, are in the hands of the school food program.  You will see these funds in the Titan Family Portal and they will still be on the student's account.

Additionally, any money owed to the school, will still show on the student’s account.
